During the COVID-19 pandemic Bulk Billed Phone consultations available to ALL Patients
Our doctors believe in providing the highest quality in patient care without compromise and as such Warabrook Doctors is a private billing practice and does not routinely bulk bill appointments. However, we do provide medical care for concession card holders at a discounted rate.

There  are a number of additional services that may incur additional out of pocket charges, for example if your consultation involves a procedure of some type. Please ask at reception if you have any concerns.
 
Our practice will bulk bill DVA patients for Gold card holders, and White card holders when being treated for applicalble illlnesses.
 
We are unable to routinely bulk bill pensioners, however we do offer a discounted fee. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please discuss this with your doctor.
 
Fees are payable at the time of your consultation. We accept cash, EFT and most credit cards.
 
Your Medicare rebate can be refunded immediately if you have an EFTPOS card linked to a cheque or savings account. If you have no EFTPOS card and Medicare has your bank details, your refund will back into your bank account within 48 hours. Otherwise you will need to take your receipt to a Medicare  office to obtain your rebate.
 
Childhood Immunisations
 
All childhood immunisations are Bulk Billed provided the child is registered with Medicare.
 
Repeat Scripts & Referrals
 
If you require a script, it is recommended you make an appointment to see your regular GP. However if you have an arrangement with your GP a script can be requested by telephone with a fee of $10.00 if not picked up on the day requested.
 
Please make an appointment to discuss referrals with your GP.  However if you have misplaced an existing referral, or need a repeat referral issued please call reception and an arrangements can be made to issue these. A fee may be applicable.
