Please be advised we are following the advice of the Health department regarding the evolving status of the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Currently we are taking a larger than usual number of calls regarding COVID-19. Please assist our staff by reading the BELOW guidelines BEFORE coming in or calling the practice.

We appreciate your assistance in helping us to STOP the spread of the virus.

Screening Questions:
• Have you developed symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or shortness of breath?
• Have you travelled outside of NSW in the last 14 days?
• Have you visited any known COVID-19 hospotsorbeen in close contact with a person that has in the last 14 days?
• Do you think you may have been in close contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
